Naraka: Bladepoint

Microtransactions in Naraka: Bladepoint are summarized as...

This game has every form of monetisation you've come to expect from free-to-play Battle Royale games. Lootboxes, battle passes, premium currencies, timed exclusives, all of it. Of course Naraka: Bladepoint isn't actually free-to-play.

There are 3 ways of earning cosmetics, but each type of cosmetic can only be earned in 1 way. Some can only be earned through lootboxes, some only through premium currencies, and some only through in-game earned currencies.
