The game is fairly pricey to start with. Previous games in the series have been priced far lower even though they offer a comparable amount of content.
There is a Deluxe Edition which comes with additional outfits and a DLC that comes out at a later unannounced date. So in essence it's nothing but a season pass.
There is an Ultimate Edition which contains extra outfits, a future DLC, and 2 additional games. These are remastered versions of previous Life is Strange games. You don't get these immediately and their release date is not yet announced. So for now you're paying extra for nothing yet.
The additional outfits that come with both editions can also be purchased separately.
