There is a deluxe edition which features some cosmetic items in the form of character skins. The deluxe edition does not contain any other content. Besides this there are no microtransactions and the developers have specifically stated there won't be any.

Pre-ordering the game also gives you Dead Space 2 (the original, not another remaster).
