BattleCore Arena

Microtransactions in BattleCore Arena are summarized as...

The game is free-to-play but contains many cosmetic purchases. Cosmetics are purchased using the premium currency "BattleCoins". These can be purchased in bundles that roughly equal 1000 BattleCoins for 10 USD, with slight bonus currency for larger bundles.

The premium shop has several ways of purchasing items:

- Via several bundles that include multiple items each. These bundles range from 1000 BattleCoins (10 USD) to 3000 BattleCoins (35 USD, with leftover coins).
- A limited-time always rotating store with items that may or may not return at a later date.
- Via a battle pass-like system, granting access to a reward track that grants you items as you play. These cost 1000 BattleCoins (10 USD), or 2000 BattleCoins for the premium track, per season and expire once the season ends. Any items that you did not earn in that time period are lost. The battle pass also includes a free track. The premium track does not earn back enough credits to pay for the next season's battle pass.
- Premium editions, which unlock a bunch of unique cosmetic rewards as well as one or multiple Battle Passes.

The game also features many free-to-unlock cosmetics, many of which are earned through using certain abilities in the game. These are awarded via a reward track, earning more valuable cosmetics as you level up further. These tracks also grant the premium currency to a limited extent.

Next to cosmetics, the game also offers XP boosts, either through a number of games played or over a time period. Since many of the game's abilities are locked behind player level, leveling up is vital to play on a fair playing field with more experienced players.
