After the game released they have launched 4 free content updates. After this the game has also released a paid DLC expansion. This expansion consists of new missions, weapons, as well as cosmetics. This DLC is included in the Ultimate Edition of the game which was essentially a season pass, but by now all promised content is released.

There are no direct in-game cosmetics you can buy, but there are a small number of DLC you can purchase that only consist of cosmetics. These can also be purchased via a season pass.

Other cosmetics can be earned through regular play, mostly through leveling up the individual characters.
